Thoba is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 14 years post-articles experience in providing Corporate Finance valuations and has depth of experience in Private Equity and Impact Investing having worked at leading institutions such as FTI Consulting, Deloitte, KPMG , the National Empowerment Fund, Small Enterprise Finance Agency (SEFA) and a boutique private equity and advisory firm.
Nkagi has over 13 years’ post-articles experience in advisory service environment primarily in corporate finance (mergers & acquisitions) with FTI Consulting, Deloitte, KPMG and an investment holding company.
